This spring, we are thrilled to welcome our new Head Chef, Justin Napier.
Justin has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for over 24 years. For the past 11 years he has worked mainly in managing positions and has helped open several premier restaurants all along the North Shore.
He values seasonal produce himself and is an avid forager of wild mushrooms (how cool!) He also loves to BBQ and spend time with his two kids and wife, preferably on an adventure outdoors. Like us, he values nutrition, sneaking vegetables into any meal he makes for his kids. Due to his wife’s allergies, he’s also learned to cook carefully and creatively.
You can catch him down in the Sidekim kitchen keeping a cool head (seriously, nothing phases this guy) and cooking up recipes with positive energy and sublime flavors.
